Summary of project status and achievements:
In April, Block D Library welcomed Ghislain-Kongolo to replace Paul who departed after the riots. Attendance was high at all four locations as students clamored to study for their end of the term exams.
As reported last month, sign in sheets were distributed to quantify the attendance of the coordinator at all four library locations. His attendance, especially in ‘F’ and ‘G’ has been poor to say the least. On 13 April, Jeremy, acting as Site Manager in Jess’ absence issued Robert a written warning.

With low attendance expected until schools open again in May, the librarians and Site Manager hope to work together to devise programming that will attract students.
In April, Jean Claude is scheduled to depart for Australia. Advertisements will be posted around ‘G’ as the search for his replacement begins.
