In January, the Women’s Centre had to go around to all the centres where we do have saving circle. They are all doing well. We also attended to people who came to visit the centre.
In February, the Women’s Centre had vocation training held at the centre. This training teaches knitting and also Reproductive Health and Childcare and Nutrition. We have only 10 women out of the 30 that we have usual, so we hope that funds will come soon because all the womens are in stand by. Just at the centre we are having a workshop on Sexual and Gender Based Violence which began February 2nd, 2009 and will end February 5th, 2009.
